2008 & 2009 North of Scotland Champions

2009 National Open Dance Champions! 

 Thank you for visiting the Amazing ACD Cheer Squad - the Hottest Competitive Cheer Squad in Inverness.

All our coaches are required to maintain an IASF (International AllStar Federation) certificate. We believe that correct technique is everything. We instill this in all our coaches and it is carried over into our training sessions.

 Active Cheer & Dance has classes for all ages and abilities. We offer stunt/tumbling classes, cheerdance and hip hop classes, also introducing yoga & pilates, stunt group, and private lessons. Active Cheer & Dance LTD is the only Cheerleading company that have IASF (International All Star Federation) Levels 1-5 certified coaches in the North of Scotland.

 
Most recently we have been working with Ron Bedeau who has appeared in movies such as Honey, Save the last Dance 2 & Shall we Dance. He has helped turn our cheerleaders into Hip Hop Divas!
Ron will be taking more  ACD Hip Hop workshops in Inverness soon, please contact us for more details!

 

We feel we can deliver the most disciplined and extensive training in the North. We would invite you to come by and visit one of our training sessions, or give us a call. We look forward to meeting you!

  

ScotDance Nationals 2009 

 

We are proud to take home 2 National Dance Champions.

Chloe Clark won the Youth Division.

Brodie Love won the Peewee Division.

This was a great success for Active Cheer & Dance taking home 16 trophies from the National Championship. Proving that Active Reign Supreme in the North of Scotland!!

Winter Wonderland Cheer & Dance Festival 2009

First annual Winter Wonderland Cheer & Dance Festival. The coolest Cheer & Dance competition around!!

 Date - Sunday 29th November

Venue - Dingwall Academy, Ross shire

Entry - £10.00 per cheerleader, Speciality division £10 (Dance Duets & Dance Individuals)

Spectator tickets will be available from September 22nd. Door sales will be offered subject to availability.
